"I feel like more You breathed"    My digitus quartusy ( Serendipity) is streaching  more and more, I feel tension  running   thrue my back, the tingling  it is almost a good feeling: I still need to focus in what am I doing!!  I¨ve  seen the changed in my toe every day is it breathing and expanded  the muscles and tendons.
