Release the body and clear the mind

Moving my body, I found out that we could modify it as we wish not only the external part, but our mind and soul. 

Clean it to be part of the universe and BE

If you see carefully you can find out wish part of your body it is congested. It is not that the dark skin people born with a nice gluteus, I believe they just use it and that is the result of it. But something our body it is trying to show us where we need to release. For example  “My gluteus”  I have been stretching my legs and back and gluteus of course and I can see that the more I release my body the round it  my gluteus turn out.

As well happen with my breast, it is moving to its center nice and smooth.

Moving my tongue around my mouth, it is like brushing my teeth without brush, maybe that it is the reason our tongue have like a smallest strings to clean  everything around.  And I am going up and down of it some circles on it too. I`ve been having some bags in my eyes, Maybe they are trying to wake up from the hypnosis :OOO .

I have difficulties with my brain, but I wont give it up. The universe provide  us with full energy. Breathe and relax and enjoy this moment it is what I need to do.

I  feel nauseou  with the letter I just saw, A misunderstanding with a process.
It is funny how the mind works,  Today All day I was really happy with the good flow of energy. dreaming with the trip of happiness relax and eager to get it soon.......... And BOOM  Houston We got a problem, the airplane  is with different  frecuence, There isnt good comunications. Tension is low, headache is getting here :S
